Note:
• Unfinished, assembled railings have all butt joints (ends of pickets and bottom
Rail) primer sealed to maximize life of railing against weather conditions.
•All product is sanded, ready for prime and/or finish coat.
•Our painted (finished) railings are primed with an alkyd primer (spray finished)
and finished with exterior grade acrylic latex semi-gloss paint. Railings are
sanded between coats
•All product finished in white unless custom colour specified by customer.
•Assembled railings costed by linear foot but cut to exact lengths (modules) as
specified by customer.

Different railing heights are available (32” to 42”). Please specify when ordering pickets or assembled railings. Cost will vary slightly up or down depending on height.
If you have a custom picket you want produced, send a detailed photo or sketch. We will produce it for you with no design or template charge.
Note: All product is made from #1 kiln dried pine, sanded and ready for finish. All knots
will be treated with a 4 lb. shellac to reduce any bleed through after painting.
